Meet Our Team
The work of a ranch is made up of ordinary things done well and done often. These are the people who help keep the cabins, horses, meals, and rhythms of ranch life in order.
Gigi Seghetti
For four years, Gigi Seghetti has helped tend one of the oldest rhythms of the ranch — gathering people to the table. The ringing of the dinner bell at day’s end brings family back from the river, the saddle, and long afternoons, where good meals and long conversations wait. Through breakfasts, dinners, and all the work between, Gigi has quietly helped make the cabins feel like home.
Chef (4th Summer)
New to Lansdowne, Leyla has taken up the work of horses and riders with steady hands, good humor, and an easy way about her. Saddles are checked before the day begins, horses readied with care, nervous riders reassured, and long rides quietly set in motion. Whether helping a child feel comfortable in the saddle or sending riders out beneath open skies, she brings patience, laughter, and a calm confidence to the work. Already, she has become a welcome part of the rhythm of ranch life.
WranglerLeyla Caynak
Much of the work of maintaining and restoring the cabins has passed through Augustine’s hands. Quick with a smile and always ready to help, he brings patience, good humor, and a quiet steadiness to ranch life. Please reach out to him with any maintenance issues you notice or for an emergency.

The Stewards of Snake River Ranch
Every working ranch depends on the people who quietly care for it. These are the men and women who tend cattle, mend fences, maintain roads and equipment, care for the pastures, and do the daily work that keeps Snake River Ranch an operating ranch.
Some join us for the season. Others have devoted years—even decades—to this land. As you see them around the property, a smile, a nod, or a simple “Howdy” and their name goes a long way. They are the steady hands behind this place, carrying forward a tradition of hard work and stewardship that has defined Snake River Ranch for generations.
